Well, here it is: a half-size version of our popular Banana Coconut Breakfast Cookie. It s the perfect nibble for in-between meal snacks — for both children and adults. We call it The Bite but it really does pack a satisfying wallop. Like all of Susie s Smart Cookies, The Bite has a supportive balance of Omega-3s and Omega-6s.Â
We re offering The Bite in a Box of 24 or a Case of 72. They will last a couple of months at room temperature, but we suggest that you throw them into your freezer and take them out as needed. Stash one in your purse or briefcase or your child s back pack and you will know that you or your loved one has the perfect snack for whatever the day brings. And just in case you re wondering, the packaging for our Bites was designed by the talented young designer Karin Soukup. Thank you, Karin!
Ingredients:Â Whole-grain rolled oats, wheat flour (unbleached and unbromated), banana puree, non-GMO expeller-pressed canola oil, honey, brown sugar, ground flaxseed meal, unsalted butter, dried, unsulphured apples,eggs (cage-free; free-range), unsweetened dried coconut, cultured wheat starch, pure vanilla, baking soda, salt, natural banana and coconut flavors, xanthan gum.
